The project will focus predominantly on external repair and remedial works , including works to concrete elements and the hotel façade. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to a high standard and within the agreed programme. Key Responsibilities Manage the project on a day-to-day basis from site. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site operatives. Oversee external concrete repair and façade remedial works. Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and agreed standards. Manage the short-term programme and ensure key milestones are achieved.
