Project Manager

The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Project Managers to join a major programme of works in North Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for Project Managers with a strong background in the AMP (Asset Management Period) Framework environment, looking to take responsibility for delivering a range of projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion. Previous AMP Framework experience is essential for this position. The successful candidates will be comfortable working in a client-facing environment, managing multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of projects, programmes, budgets, resources and delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from initial planning through to successful completion and handover. Take overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality and safety requirements are achieved. Develop and manage project programmes, monitoring progress and addressing any delays or issues. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants and other project stakeholders. Manage project budgets, costs, forecasts and commercial performance. Lead regular project meetings and provide clear progress reporting. Identify and manage project risks, opportunities and potential changes. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical, quality and health and safety requirements.
