Project Manager Up to 100,000 + Car (Hybrid) / Car Allowance + Hybrid Working + Training Support + Long-Term Progression into Manager Director North Dorset (Commutable from: Blandford Forum, Sherborne, Shaftesbury, Yeovil, Dorchester, Poole, Bournemouth, Salisbury)Are you a Project Manager or Commercial Manager for a role where you will take real ownership of high-end residential projects from concept through to completion, with genuine long-term progression to Managing Director in a growing specialist business?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established residential contractor working directly with private clients on premium extensions and new build projects, typically up to 3-4m. You will be trusted to run projects end-to-end, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week when needed.The company have a long track record in the construction sector and are known for delivering a high-quality service to discerning clients. Due to continued growth and an increasing pipeline of enquiries, they are now looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support the next stage of expansion and larger project delivery.In this role you will attend early-stage meetings with architects, develop budgets and pricing, support the planning journey, and then manage the full build programme through to handover.
