The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site operations and manage refurbishment projects up £3m. The successful candidate will oversee all site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning, programming, and site operations.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and materials.
- Report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
- Promote sustainable practices and efficient waste management.
- Foster strong relationships with architects, surveyors, and clients.

Candidate Requirements:

- CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work.
- Proven experience managing projects up to £3m in value.
- Strong IT skills for communication and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
