A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their established civil engineering team delivering a portfolio of highways, infrastructure and environmental projects across the South West.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project teams across multiple disciplines
- Managing programme, cost and quality performance
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental requirements
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Supporting commercial performance and contract administration
- Driving continuous improvement across project delivery
We''re keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Proven experience delivering civil engineering projects as a Project Manager or Senior Site Agent
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
- Experience within highways, infrastructure, flood alleviation, utilities or general civil engineering projects
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- SMSTS, CSCS and relevant engineering qualifications
