As the Project Manager, you''ll lead commercial projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality results. Prior experience with main contractors and managing large-scale commercial projects is a must for this role. Apply now for this dynamic opportunity! 

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and develop overall strategy for the project
- Manage and maintain a clear staffing structure
- Procure materials, plant and sub-contractors
- Ensure all works carried out are accordance with all HSandE and the site Health Safety and Environmental Plans
- Mitigate legal issues and defects liability for the business
- Liaise with Contracts Managers on a Monthly basis, client and end users

Requirements:

- Previous experience of managing large value commercial schemes
- CSCS, First Aid at work, SMSTS
- Relevant degree or equivalent construction related qualification
- Relevant Driving licence
- Steel frame experience desirable
- JCT/NEC/Design and Build experience
