Randstad CPE is looking to onboard an experienced Project Manager to support New Residential Developmet in Bath.

• Job Title: Project Manager or Construction Project Manager.
• Salary: -50,000 and -70,000 per annum + Package
• Project: 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments
• Permanent full time.

Randstad CPE is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading residential developer in the Bath, Avon.

In this full-time role, you will oversee a new residential project from start to finish, managing the team, schedule, and budget. The is a 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartment project.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of the project, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Leading and motivating the project team on-site.
• Ensuring high-quality construction and strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Communicating with all stakeholders, from senior management to suppliers.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS-Management, and First Aid certifications.
• Proven project management experience in residential development
• Relevant degree (e.g., Project management, Construction Management).
