Location: Salisbury | Salary: £42500 - £45000/annum 31 days A/L | 2 x Annual pay review | Type: Permanent | What this role is really about: My client needs someone who takes a confirmed order and makes sure it arrives exactly as promised, on time, in full, and with no surprises for the customer. It’s hands-on, detail-driven delivery, keeping every handover joined up from Sales through to sign-off on site. The business: My client is a well-established, values-led UK manufacturer supplying furniture into commercial projects. They have their own factory, a loyal customer base and a reputation they work hard to protect. Every project carries their name, so getting delivery right genuinely matters to them. The role: You'll own a portfolio of projects from the moment Sales hands them over through to final sign-off on site. In between sit a lot of moving parts: specifications and drawings, the factory and external suppliers, supply chain, transport, site teams and the customer. Your job is to keep all of those joined up, so nothing slips through the gaps and the customer never has to pick up the phone to chase. Key responsibilities: Handling Sales handovers are complete before anything moves, and pushing back when they aren't Keeping one live plan per project, updated daily...
