Our client is an established main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major scheme. The initial project is a two-floor commercial fit out of office and laboratory space , with a project value in excess of -10 million . This is a true Project Manager position, where you will take full ownership of the project from a strategic and operational perspective. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for leading the site team, with a Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager reporting directly to you. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project. Develop and manage the overall project strategy and programme.
