You''ll work closely with production, installation and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, customers remain satisfied and commercial targets are achieved.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the projects team, overseeing project coordinators and allocating workloads effectively.Manage high-value, complex contracts and support the delivery of multiple projects exceeding £5m in combined value.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring deadlines, budgets and customer requirements are met.Identify and manage contract variations, ensuring additional costs are agreed before work proceeds.Collaborate with production, installation and sales teams to maintain project efficiency and profitability.Monitor project progress, provide monthly updates and report on key milestones.Conduct post-project reviews, identifying lessons learnt and opportunities for continuous improvement.Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.Attend site meetings and conference calls across the UK, with ..... full job details .....
