The project, , represents an -80m90m development programme and is entering the delivery phase following a lengthy planning and financing process. The scheme comprises: Repurposing of five commercial units 12 high-speed EV charging units Residential apartments within Phase 1 Phase 2 development of approximately 150 additional flats The successful Project Manager will act on behalf of the developer, overseeing the delivery of the scheme from enabling works through to completion. Initial site clearance is already underway, with finance secured and the project ready to proceed.
