Project Manager (Client Side) A unique opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a landmark mixed-use development. The project represents an 80m- 90m development programme and is entering the delivery phase following a lengthy planning and financing process.The scheme comprises:Repurposing of five commercial units12 high-speed EV charging unitsResidential apartments within Phase 1Phase 2 development of approximately 150 additional flatsThe successful Project Manager will act on behalf of the developer, overseeing the delivery of the scheme from enabling works through to completion. Initial site clearance is already underway, with finance secured and the project ready to proceed.Key responsibilitiesClient-side project management through delivery of the developmentCoordination of contractors, consultants and supply chain partnersLiaison with architects, planners and key stakeholdersMonitoring programme, cost, quality and contractual performanceManagement of procurement processes and contractor appointmentsOversight of site progression from groundworks and enabling works through to construction completionRisk management and value engineering throughout the project lifecycleReporting to the developer and ensuring project objectives are achievedCandidates with experience in:Mixed-use, residential or commercial developmentsClient-side Project ManagementPre and Post-Contract Project ManagementProject MonitoringCommercial and Cost ManagementDevelopment ..... full job details .....
