Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of multiple installation and delivery projects from initial enquiry through to completion.This is an office-based role managing a high volume of small projects simultaneously. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for quoting, surveying, procurement, scheduling, commercial management, client communication and project close-out.This is a hands-on senior delivery position suited to an experienced professional who can work autonomously, take ownership of their projects, and deliver excellent commercial and operational outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryManage multiple installation projects concurrently from enquiry through to completion and handover.Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements.Produce quotations, specifications and project documentation.Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.Issue completion documentation and ensure successful project close-out.Technical PlanningProduce and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Apply sound technical judgement to both standard and bespoke project requirements.Ensure projects are delivered in line with customer requirements and industry standards.Procurement and Materials ManagementProcure and manage materials required for project delivery.Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.Ensure materials are available to support installation timelines.Scheduling and ..... full job details .....
