Project Manager

Location: Cambridge Job Title: Project Manager (CAT A / CAT B Fit-Outs) Package: Competitive Salary + Company Car + Share Scheme Travel Required We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of construction, refurbishment, and CAT A/CAT B fit-out projects across multiple sectors. Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, you will ensure delivery is safe, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Maintain compliance with Health and Safety legislation, CDM Regulations, and company procedures. Develop and manage project programmes, identifying and mitigating risks. Lead project and site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Prepare progress reports, project updates, and programme information. Act as the main point of contact for clients and project teams. Interpret contract documentation, drawings, specifications, and technical information.
