From day one, you''ll take ownership of real projects, including security barriers, turnstiles, and road blockers, accelerating your development and ensuring project success. Day-to-day of the role: Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion. Plan project timelines, coordinate resources, and support installations. Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior management. Attend site visits, support installations, and meet clients. Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure projects stay on track. Work closely with internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3-5 years'' experience in project, engineering, or manufacturing environment. A degree (minimum 2:2) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Basic practical engineering knowledge (through study, placements, or early career experience). Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. Customer-focused mindset with some client-facing experience. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
