The role involves managing multiple civils packages in a live airport environment, including alterations and extensions to existing infrastructure, demolition and enabling works, external works, and upgrades to operational facilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to delivery and completion. Oversee site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Manage programmes, resources and project progress. Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards. Coordinate surveys, demolition, enabling works and construction activities. Liaise with the client, design teams and other key stakeholders.
