You will hold full responsibility for delivery, ensuring the project meets all safety, quality, budgetary, and timeline targets over a 30-week contract. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate specialist cladding subcontractors. Ensure strict compliance with building regulations, fire safety standards, and health and safety executive (HSE) guidelines. Track project milestones against the 30-week schedule, managing risks and resolving delays proactively. Act as the primary liaison between the client, local authorities, building control, and residents/tenants. Manage budgets, variations, and progress valuations alongside the commercial team.
