Establish and maintain effective project controls, including scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, decisions, budget monitoring and reporting. Work closely with the Senior Responsible Owner, Programme Board, sponsors, vendor, business owners and workstream leads to support timely decision-making, escalation and resolution of cross-functional issues. Coordinate delivery activity across all key areas of the programme. Manage day-to-day relationships with TechnologyOne Project Manager. Prepare and maintain governance documentation, highlight reports, decision logs, risk registers, project plans and readiness updates to support effective oversight and assurance.
