Project Manager Job Title: Project Manager Location: Central London Salary: Up to £65,000 Contract: Permanent - Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm Role Purpose The Project Manager is a site-based leadership role responsible for the end-to-end scoping, commercial management, and delivery of small-to-medium MandE extra works, plant replacements, and capital fit-out projects across a high-specification corporate estate. Positioned on-site alongside the operational Technical Services team, you will act as the primary technical bridge between client expectations, operational engineering, and specialist project delivery. Combining a strong engineering background with proven project management governance, you will ensure all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to immaculate, "showroom-standard" quality with zero disruption to daily corporate occupier operations. Key Responsibilities1. Project Scoping, Technical Design and Delivery Technical Scoping: Partner with client account leads and on-site engineering teams to identify asset deficiency risks, lifecycle replacements, and energy-optimisation opportunities. End-to-End Delivery: Manage projects through the full lifecycle-from initial technical site surveys, feasibility studies, and design reviews, through to procurement, installation, commissioning, and final handover.
