In this role, you will take full operational and commercial ownership of complex water infrastructure and non-infrastructure assets across the region, leading schemes from initial design through to final commissioning and handover. The Role Reporting to the Programme Director, you will direct multi-disciplinary delivery teams to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. Your day-to-day will involve: End-to-End Delivery: Managing the full lifecycle of water projects, overseeing design, construction, commercial management, and handover phases. Commercial & Financial Control: Controlling project budgets, preparing accurate forecasts, and driving value engineering to maximize efficiency. Risk & Contract Management: Implementing robust risk mitigation strategies, approving site documentation (PMPs, RAMS), and managing NEC contract mechanisms.
