About Raising Her Game Raising Her Game is a London-based sports charity empowering girls from lower socio-economic backgrounds to experience the benefits of sport. Through school outreach (in school sport lessons), free holiday Camps (typically four 1-2 day camps per year), pathways into local sports clubs and providing free tickets to professional sports matches, we break down the social, cultural and financial barriers that keep girls out of sport - helping them build confidence, health, a lifelong love of the game, and experience all the long term benefits of sport. We have grown from a small, volunteer- and trustee-led charity into one ready for its first paid member of staff. This is a brand-new role, shaped by the people who have been doing this work by hand for the last two years - so there is real scope to build the systems and processes that will carry Raising Her Game through its next stage of growth. Purpose of the Role The Project Manager will take day-to-day ownership of the operational and administrative work behind our Camps and school outreach programme - freeing up our Trustees to focus on strategy, fundraising and partnerships. You will be the main point of contact for families, coordinate our coaches and volunteers, liaise with schools, and manage the many moving parts that make a safe, smooth and joyful Camp happen.
