Project Manager (Railheads and Track Installation) The Project HS2 has appointed Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall JV (FBJV) to deliver almost 140 miles of track infrastructure between London and the West Midlands, including design, construction, logistics, testing and commissioning of an integrated track solution and the Infrastructure Maintenance Depot at Calvert. The Role The Railheads and Track Installation Project Manager will be responsible for the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of railhead infrastructure and track installation works across the Lot 3 Birmingham Spur. The role will lead project delivery from planning through to handover, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical requirements while achieving safety, programme, cost, quality and environmental targets. Location: Birmingham (Lot 3 Track North). This position requires full-time attendance at JV offices in Birmingham and regular presence along the route to support project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of railhead infrastructure and track installation works from mobilisation through to completion and handover. Establish and maintain the project execution strategy, delivery plan and governance arrangements. Manage the delivery of railhead infrastructure, slab track, ballastless track systems, SandC installations and associated civil engineering works.
