This is a critical role that requires a professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion within the UK rail sector. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring the fleet is managed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This position demands a dynamic leader who can manage diverse teams, mitigate risks, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including internal departments, suppliers, and the customer.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership and Management: Take full ownership of the redelivery project, developing a comprehensive project plan, defining the scope, and establishing a clear delivery strategy.Fleet Redelivery Oversight: Oversee successful delivery of the project on behalf of a large rail organization, throughout the private-to-public owned operator transition.
