We are working with a key client, founded in 1960, is a Leader by Design of high and low-pressure cartridge valves, reducing stations, and manifolds for critical and demanding applications.  They are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join their business in Oldham.

Key skills required for Project Manager:

• Overt 5 years working experience as a Project Manager
• Proven experience in project management within engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical products (valves, manifolds, fluid/gas systems highly desirable)
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and margins
• Strong communicator; confident dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience in defence, nuclear, or highly regulated industries
• Background in mechanical or industrial engineering
