Quantity Surveyor

and a

Project Manager

to support a diverse portfolio of projects across the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where you''ll gain exposure to high-profile schemes, build strong client relationships, and progress your career in a supportive environment.The OpportunitiesQuantity Surveyor : You''ll be responsible for cost planning, procurement, contract administration, value engineering, and ensuring financial success on projects across commercial, residential, education, and public sector schemes.Project Manager : You''ll take ownership of projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery.What You''ll BringConsultancy/client-side experience in construction (essential).Strong understanding of NEC / JCT contracts.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.For QS: proven track record in cost control, procurement, and value management.For PM: project delivery experience from design stage through to completion.A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
