I am currently assisting them with their requirement for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a commercial scheme valued up to -15m. The ideal candidate will have experience running a either a new build or refurbishment project north of -10m. These duties include the following; Over-seeing a team of Site Managers while reporting into a visiting contracts manager. Weekly reporting against programme, maintaining the programme progress, including client progress report. Sub-contractor weekly meetings & progress reports. A daily client facing role. Sequencing of works both internally & externally, assistance with Subcontractor Enquiries & Procurement. Quality assurance, working with site team to collate all QA and sign off sheets Ensuring site set up, Health & Safety, and administration are compliant. Community Liaison.
