Please see more info below The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Slipform and Reinforced Concrete Frame construction to join a growing specialist contractor delivering major projects across London.As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to manage all aspects of project delivery, with a particular focus on Slipform and RC Frame works.Key ResponsibilitiesTake overall responsibility for the delivery of Slipform and RC Frame projects.Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved.Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers and project stakeholders.Manage project budgets, costs, variations and commercial performance.Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.Oversee temporary works, logistics, sequencing and construction methodology.Monitor progress and identify potential programme delays and ..... full job details .....
