Project Manager roles and responsibilities * Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. * Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, maintaining strong communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and client expectations across all project phases.
