This is a visiting Project Manager role, overseeing multiple sites and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor site teams and subcontractors across multiple projects. Ensure works are delivered to programme, H&S and QA requirements. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients and project teams. Oversee refurbishment and extension works on projects up to -3m . Travel to sites across London, Surrey and potentially nationally as required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction refurbishment and build projects. Experience managing projects up to -3m . Current EL1 (Enhanced Level 1), SC or DV security clearance - is required. Recently expired security clearance can also be accepted.
