Project Manager

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage public sector refurbishment projects across East Yorkshire. This role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis.You will be responsible for delivering refurbishment works safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage public sector refurbishment projects from inception to completionControl project programmes, budgets, and risk registersCoordinate contractors, consultants, and supply chainsEnsure compliance with health and safety legislation and CDM regulationsMonitor quality, progress, and performance on sitePrepare reports and attend client and stakeholder meetingsEnsure adherence to public sector governance and procurement processesAbout YouProven experience as a Project Manager delivering refurbishment worksPrevious experience within the public sectorStrong knowledge of construction processes and contract managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple live projectsFor more information, please call Hayley on (phone number removed). ..... full job details .....
