Project Manager - High-Rise - Suffolk (Secure Projects)

A leading UK main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver residential fit out packages within high-rise developments on secure projects in Suffolk.

Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance - a clean background / no criminal record is essential.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of residential fit out works on high-rise schemes within secure environments
• Manage programme, quality, health & safety, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
• Drive works to meet key milestones and strict project deadlines
• Ensure compliance with site-specific security and operational requirements

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on residential fit out projects
• Strong background delivering high-rise developments
• Experience working in live or secure environments is advantageous
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Good commercial awareness (cost control, variations, reporting)
• Must be eligible for security clearance (clean background essential)
