Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring safe, efficient, and successful delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in line with programme, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and progress reports.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and commercial performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies where required.
• Track project performance against key milestones and deliverables, reporting progress to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage project changes through established governance and change-control processes.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practice across all project activities.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Project Manager role within engineering, infrastructure, environmental, utilities, construction, or related sectors.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes, and commercial performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, Environmental Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional project management qualification such as APM, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent is desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
