The role will involve managing the project through the demolition and construction phases within a live operational environment. The successful contractor will coordinate site activities, manage contractors and act as the key interface between the client, site stakeholders and the wider project team. Strong stakeholder management and client liaison skills will be essential, along with previous construction experience within the food and beverage, FMCG or a similarly regulated manufacturing environment.
