Project Manager - Hospital Civils PackageBirmingham Outside IR per day Initial 3-Month ContractAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the civils package on a major hospital construction project in Birmingham.Working on-site Monday to Friday, you will take responsibility for managing all aspects of the civil works package, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all civils activities including groundworks, RC frames, and pilingOversee subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and efficientlyMonitor programme progress and ensure project milestones are achievedManage quality, health and safety, and compliance requirementsResolve technical and operational site issues as they ariseLiaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to maintain effective communicationRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager on construction projectsStrong background delivering groundworks, reinforced concrete (RC) frames, and piling packagesPrevious hospital or healthcare construction experience is highly desirableExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced site environmentContract DetailsLocation: BirminghamDuration: Initial 3 months (extension potential)Start Date: Early NovemberRate: Approximately ..... full job details .....
