Project Manager

Project Manager Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of multidisciplinary engineering design projects within the water sector. This role is suited to someone who is confident managing projects end-to-end from planning and coordination through to delivery while working closely with engineers, clients and supply chain partners. You will take ownership of project performance, ensuring designs are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while also supporting the development of more junior project managers. As a Project Manager you will need to have/be: We are looking for someone with solid project management experience who is confident leading projects and working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment. Project management and/or design management experience Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering projects Strong understanding of project programmes, cost control and delivery Experience managing or contributing to engineering design projects Ability to lead small teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders Understanding of commercial and contractual principles Desirable Experience: Experience within the UK water industry Understanding of rail sector processes (e.g. GRIP stages, CRE/CEM roles) Experience working with NEC and fixed-price contracts Experience managing change and variation within design projects Degree or HND in an engineering or related discipline Details: Salary: £40-55k ..... full job details .....
