This is the a Hotel refurbishment consisting of a listed building, main hotel building and 80 bedroom wing, built in the 70 s. If you are a Project Manager who has previously managed £10m+ refurbishment projects, managed projects within live environments and completed hotel projects previously, this will be of interest to you.
