As the Council s subject matter expert and head of profession for communications: Lead, line manage, develop, deploy, oversee and review the work of the staff in the Communications Team, operating on the basis of consolidation and continuous improvement. Provide best practice advice and mentoring to colleagues undertaking communications-related activity in service areas Provide timely and relevant expert advice on communications to Officers and Members at all levels of the organisation.
