With a growing programme of works across their London portfolio, they are looking to secure a strong project management team and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of principal delivery. The Opportunity This Project Manager position sits at the centre of the client relationship, running fit-out, refurbishment and workplace schemes with individual values of up to £5M from first briefing through to handover. Alongside running live projects, the Project Manager will keep oversight of the wider portfolio through the client's project tracker, giving accurate reporting and clear visibility of where every scheme stands so that priorities can be set sensibly across the board.
