This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality projects from inception through to site commencement. The Role Working closely with the commercial, design and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are fully planned, coordinated and ready for successful delivery. You will support project development from the pre-construction phase through to mobilisation, ensuring all health, safety, quality and programme requirements are in place. Key responsibilities include: -Working closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor to support financial reporting and project forecasting. -Developing and managing project programmes and construction methodologies. -Ensuring all health & safety requirements, Construction Phase Plans and CDM obligations are in place prior to works commencing. -Producing Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Safety Plans. -Providing leadership, guidance and support to project teams. -Managing labour resources and maintaining productivity targets....
