Project Manager - Portfolio Management Tool Implementation (Power Framework) Rate - 500 - 525 (Daily)Duration - 3 Months (Initially)Location - London (Hybrid)Ir35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Portfolio Management tool using the Power Framework. This is a key role requiring a proactive and confident professional who can effectively engage stakeholders, drive delivery, and ensure successful adoption across the organisation. The successful candidate will have strong project management experience, a solid understanding of programme and portfolio management, and experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. While experience within the Higher Education sector would be beneficial, it is not essential. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of the Power Framework portfolio management tool.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive project outcomes.Facilitate and chair project meetings, workshops, steering groups, and governance forums.Ensure effective communication across project teams and business stakeholders.Work closely with programme and portfolio management functions to align project objectives with strategic priorities.Support change management and user adoption activities throughout the implementation.Manage project ..... full job details .....
