The role will focus on onboarding new SMS Capture vendors, enhancing existing capture solutions, and ensuring full regulatory compliance and auditability of SMS communications. You will operate at the intersection of technology, telecoms, compliance, and vendors, driving delivery of critical regulatory capabilities within a complex financial services environment.
