Your analytical skills and strategic mindset will be essential in managing day-to-day implementation activities, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities:Support Programme Planning:Collaborate with the BST Lead Programme Manager in developing and executing plans for seamless delivery across Luxembourg, Germany, and the UK.Day-to-Day Coordination:Oversee implementation activities by liaising with country and platform teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.Integrated Delivery Plans:Create and maintain comprehensive delivery plans, including milestones and dependency views that reflect the project''s trajectory.Progress Tracking:Monitor programme milestones and proactively highlight any delivery risks or slippage to stakeholders.Status Reporting:Prepare insightful status reports, dashboards, and forward-looking insights for programme governance, ensuring transparency and accountability.RAID Logs Maintenance:Maintain comprehensive RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and facilitate escalation processes with clear impact assessments and mitigation ..... full job details .....
