Project Manager PMO

Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a major UK industrial business through a significant period of investment, transformation and organisational change. As part of this growth and transformation, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to establish and lead a new Project Management Office, creating the structure, governance and standards required to improve project and programme delivery across the organisation. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys building a PMO from the ground up, working across a complex operational environment and influencing senior stakeholders. Role Outline As Project/PMO Manager, you will: Establish and lead the PMO function across the organisation. Develop and implement project, programme and portfolio governance frameworks. Establish consistent reporting, controls and project management standards. Oversee project performance, risks, costs, benefits, milestones and dependencies. Support senior leadership with investment prioritisation and portfolio decision-making. Drive improved project management capability and best practice. Provide clear insight and reporting to senior stakeholders. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across project and programme delivery.
