JMB78 - Project Manager Location: Stratford, East LondonSalary: £80,(Apply online only)Contract: PermanentWorking Hours: 45 hours per weekOverviewFirst Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients, an established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor.The successful candidate will manage projects from design through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating site teams, managing subcontractors, overseeing commercial performance and maintaining strong client relationships.Our client is particularly interested in hearing from ex-military personnel with relevant civil engineering, infrastructure, rail or project management experience, alongside the technical qualifications and certifications required for the role.Duties and Responsibilities Manage projects from design and planning through to delivery and final handover.Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, forecasts and cost reports.Coordinate engineers, surveyors, site teams and subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery.Manage subcontractor packages, procurement and specialist materials.Oversee temporary works, risk assessments, method statements and project documentation.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.Manage NEC3/NEC4 contractual requirements, including early warnings and compensation events.Chair ..... full job details .....
