This is a key operational role responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects across our social housing portfolio. We re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from mobilisation through to completion, managing site teams, subcontractors, programmes, commercial performance and client relationships. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing planned, void and major works projects from mobilisation through to handover. Leading Site Managers, Project Coordinators and subcontractor teams. Developing, reviewing and maintaining detailed programmes of works.
