This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Project Manager with a determined and motivated attitude, or an experienced Senior Site Manager who is looking to progress with a market leader. Works include internal and external upgrades to tenanted properties, including new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing, and some decarbonisation projects. Daily Responsibilities: Manage all day to day operations of the capital improvement programmes.
