You'll be managing a busy portfolio of live projects, coordinating Surveyors, Site Foremen, trades and subcontractors while keeping a close eye on timescales, costs, quality and customer expectations. No two days will be quite the same, you could be resolving an issue on site, reviewing costs and variations, coordinating materials or making sure the next phase of a project is ready to go. If you enjoy being hands-on, solving problems and keeping multiple projects on track, this could be a great next move.
