Project Manager (Permanent)

We''re looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to join a growing organisation undergoing significant business and technology change. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to make their mark, take ownership of meaningful projects and gain exposure to a broad range of business systems, process improvement and technology transformation initiatives within a dynamic and evolving environment. This is a predominately remote role, with monthly travel to the Norfolk offices 1-2 days per month. This is a permanent position, although a fixed-term contract could be considered if preferable. Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation, handover and benefits realisation.Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and desired outcomes.Build and maintain project plans, resource plans and delivery roadmaps.Establish and manage project governance, reporting and communication plans.Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).Coordinate activities across business teams, technology functions, finance and third-party suppliers.Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.Ensure projects deliver agreed objectives, outcomes and business benefits.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.Contribute to the continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
