Project Manager £35,000 Medway An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Project Manager to join a growing Projects Team within an established facilities management and building services business. You will be responsible for managing multiple facilities, construction and building projects from initial instruction through to completion and handover. This will include planning and programming works, managing budgets and resources, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard. This is a hands-on Project Manager role, combining office-based project management with regular visits to client sites. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, resolving issues and ensuring projects remain commercially and operationally on track. Duties Include: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial instruction through to completion and handover. Develop clear project delivery plans, budgets and timescales. Produce and maintain detailed programmes of works. Monitor project budgets, labour, materials and subcontractor costs. Coordinate in-house engineers, suppliers and subcontractors. Arrange labour, materials, equipment and site access requirements. Attend client sites for pre-start meetings, progress inspections and handovers.
