Project Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established construction contractor delivering projects across Inverness and the Highlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business, taking responsibility for managing construction projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. The Role Key responsibilities will include: Managing construction projects from planning through to completion and handover. Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and project resources. Monitoring project programmes, budgets, costs and progress. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders. Managing project risks, variations and contractual requirements. Working closely with commercial teams and senior management to ensure successful project delivery. About You The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, ideally with a main contractor. Experience delivering commercial, industrial, education or other large-scale building projects. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. Good commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and programmes. A sound understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
